I found some Rudy Silva’s writings. He is the author of Constipation, Acne, Hemorrhoid, and Fatty Acid ebooks. One of his articles is about using herbal compositions as a remedies to treat acne. I think this is a safe treatment and worth to try.

In a book I read by William L. Fischer called Hidden Secrets of Super Perfect Health at Any Age, Book II, 1986, I learn how to do herbal footbaths.

In chapter 10, The F-M Circulizer System, Fischer discusses the use of an herbal footbath. After reading this chapter, I realized how herbs in a footbath could improve your skin and help you eliminate acne. Read the rest of this entry »

Before you decide to take hair transplant surgery, you’d better read what I’ve posted here. Some people have been so disappointed and even angered about their results that they have filed class action lawsuits against hair transplant surgeons and clinics.  There are several reasons they give for their dissatisfaction.

1.  Underestimating Procedures.  Certain surgeons and clinics underestimate the number of procedures necessary to achieve the desired effect.  This leads people to have a false hope of having a full head of hair in a very short time.  When this does not happen, they are understandably angry.  They did not get what they were promised.  Read the rest of this entry »
